Cant Connect to XSserver

I was working on something through my VPS in XSserver, I got DCed and then I can't reconnect anymore.... I already made a request support... anybody else having the same problem?

i faced same too, but after retrying few times it worked.. no problem now..
 
Yeah that a just a bit of some downtime today mate
 
I still can't connect :(
 
You should ask your web host about "server logs" for more details.
 
They haven't responded to my support ticket. :|
