can't comment in facebook groups?

I've seen this group commenting issue becoming quite common lately! Facebook is tightening group spam detection. Try these steps: go to Settings → "Privacy" → "How People Find You" and make sure settings look natural, not overly restrictive.

In groups, avoid commenting on multiple posts consecutively - space out 15-20 minutes between comments. Check "Activity Log" to see if any actions got flagged. Facebook might temporarily limit group interactions if it detects unusual patterns.

Try joining groups organically first, engage with reactions/shares before commenting. I've seen many profiles restore function after 2-3 days when reducing activity volume and acting more naturally.

How long has your profile been limited, and do you get any specific notifications when trying to comment in groups?

Facebook may be limiting commenting in groups to prevent spam. Even if you turn off mediaConnectedPeers and use profile warming, Facebook may still detect unnatural behavior and block comments in groups.
 
I am in the same situation. You are banned from commenting at the group level. Avoid repeating the same comments at the same time.
 
I’ve seen this happen on some accounts recently too. In many cases it’s not the proxies but the activity pattern that triggers it, posting the same type of comment across groups within a short window often gets flagged
 
Maybe ask Facebook costumer service for some clarification about this. But more likely that you are restricted or maybe a reported profile.

That's right, currently many accounts (including old ones) are restricted from commenting in groups, most likely because Facebook updated the algorithm to control interactions in groups, not because of personal errors.
 
Let check your account status at fb.com/accountquality and view your account to see if some features of your fb account was blocked. Moreover, maybe the groups you joined have restricted some comments from new member or some rules also.
 
Yeah, it’s happening to others too. Looks like FB is tightening group-level filters lately — even warmed profiles on proxies are hitting limits. Could be a temporary restriction, so best to slow down activity and let accounts cool off.
 
The problem of not being able to comment in groups even though using a proxy may be due to a Facebook error or it may be due to your account having some suspicious behavior that has not been approved by the administrators to comment in groups.

This could be because FB is tightening moderation in the group, especially with accounts using proxies or having similar activity between multiple accounts. It could also be due to the group admin's settings.
 
Many people are also having this problem, this is a temporary limitation of Facebook in the group; it will usually reopen after a few days, not a proxy or configuration error.
