Yes, I’ve seen the same issue recently. Might be a temporary FB bug or related to recent policy updates. Hopefully it stabilizes soon.

fbgroup comments not going through recently, even though everything else is working fine. using proxies, warmed-up profiles and mediaConnectedPeers is off. seems like it might be a recent bug or update on fb’s end. probably best to pause group activity and monitor if others report the same
 
Maybe you spammed too much and were blocked by Facebook's strict spam policy.
 
Yeah same here recently. Looks like FB is silently flagging profiles even if they’re warmed. Group activity restrictions don’t always come with notifications

I still comment normally, maybe you comment continuously so it got spammed
