It seems that I can't change my name on Facebook. When I try to go to the option and open the name tab, it will not open.

How to change your name
To change your name on Facebook:
Review our name standards.
Click Account in the top right of Facebook.
Select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.
Click Name.
Enter your name and click Review Change.
Enter your password and click Save Changes.
You may have trouble changing your name if
Your name doesn't follow our name policy.
You changed your name in the last 60 days, or you tried to change it too frequently.
You were previously asked to confirm your name on Facebook.
Your name doesn't match the name that appears on an item from our ID list.

how old is the account is it new, i check mine and the name change option is supported.

You can try changing your FB name via your handphone. Just follow this simple step:
1. Go to settings
2. Choose personal and account information.
3. Click on your name and change it
4. Click review change
5. Enter your password and tap Save changes

The problem is that I changed many times the name for this Facebook account.
If I change name all the time, will it stop me to change name in that Facebook account?

I think the limit is about 2 month for changing the name
