cant buy TBS without CC

hey i dont have any CC
i want to buy TBS with paypal but they need CC

how to solve that problem the quickest way ?
i dont want to sign up for a physicaly CC only for that purpose

are VCCs working for that ?
i need one with which i can send money on

He never said that!

Because TBS is a yearly payment and thus a subscription paypal requires that you have a CC attached to your account so that if for any reason you don't have the funds in your account then they take them from your CC.

Only way i can think of is by you going out and getting a CC from a bank or buying a VCC from someone and adding that.
