Can't buy FollowLiker?

I'm trying to buy Follow Liker for Instagram, and I get to the shopping cart, enter my billing info, click continue, but then nothing happens. The page just refreshes and jumps to the top. I don't get an error message or prompt or anything. Is this software still working / available for purchase? Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you, that worked. I had tried Chrome, Internet Explorer, and a Chrome Incognito Window, and none of those worked. But when I tried it again with Firefox, it worked. Thanks again.
