Cant belive it, my adsense account gone.HELP!!!

Yes i followed all their tos very strictly as i wanted to take it as a business and invested lot of money (for me) into those sites and this dream.
Also in their email they mentioned it was because fraudulent clicks. so got nothing to do with the page or how the site look (they looked each one different with their own logos and own facebook and some twitter too)
obviously if they really check they will see that it wasnt me . but why they would care? i feel like we dont have nothing to do against them.
anyone ever had their accounts reinstated after being banned?

I am so pissed!!!! I just checked my email after sleeping the morning in and found an email from Google this morning that my account was disabled for fraud clicks. I have had my account for years never a single problem!! This is complete BULL i am sick of it! How do they get away with just destroying publishers like me when ever they feel like it? They are like communist they want to own everything, and when someone starts to be successful after 15 hour shifts on the computer to make a living they take it all away! F YOU!!!!

I've seen accounts disabled with over a 100 page of quality content on sites, one add per page, no aggressive placement. Had all the TOS & links & some.
Then I've seen other accounts that are clearly MFA, many adds, very aggressive placement, they've been up for a long time, still do fine.
In other words, you never know with them.
It's never a good practice to rely on adsense to make a living or pay your bills. You need to think of it as bonus money.

where do you get all these , I am using the generic privacy policy is there form any specific part of the privacy policy i have to link to google adsense privacy policy or i could place the link at the end of the privacy policy.

I never understood why a competitor would click on your ads, it may get your account banned, but it's not going to help their rankings.

Relying on google as your primary money source is not a good idea. Adsense is not a real business, because (as you can see) you wake up one day, check your email, and your account its gone. And that is just because one metrosexual from google is having a bad day. You can try to email them back but... you probably already know, how it ends..
Remember GOOGLE IS NOT YOUR FRIEND!!!! Its not the only way how to make money from traffic. Head up, and try something else. Try to check buysellads website and sell your ad space. More traffic you have, more you can ask for..
