Can't add payment method on IG

I am trying to run ads on a fresh IG profile but the app is getting stuck on verification part of the card. Once I have tapped the confirm transaction on the bank app it just stays white screen forever.

Any ideas how to fix it? I have tried all the basic stuff.

+ I don't want to run the ads from Facebook business.

Try a different card or contact the support.
 
Try a different device,log in to Instagram on a different device and try to complete the payment from there. This might help bypass any app-related glitches on your current phone.
 
Tried with different card? Most of the time the card has an issue, or it could also be that its a new account so..
 
Try another card. Sometimes such a problem happens. You can buy virtual card for IG ads.

Try different device and specially IP. As I've seen that many times my bank rejects requests if I'm using the internet from some bad IP network. But when I switch to my phone's data/5g network, it all goes smoothly for me.

Update Instagram to use the latest version of the Instagram app. Then Clear Cache
Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Instagram > Storage > Clear cache to refresh everything and see if it works
 
When shit like this happens to me I start with disabling ad block. 9/10 times it fixes it. If it doesn't use developer tools -> network. look at the red requests. Also turn on alerts on your card for any transaction so you can see if its even getting to your bank.
