Can't add payment method in the tweet promotion menu

When i try to promote my tweet i'm encountering the black screen (nothing is loading). This happens every time I click on the "payment method" button. Does anybody know what should I do to resolve this?

It still doesn't work. I used proxy, vpn and nothing worked for me.

Odd, has the other device worked out for you? Alternatively, try a different anti-detect browser maybe?
