Because your email is used for 2-layer security, it cannot be deleted.
Please change the 2-layer password to another email (ie add 1 more email to make 2 emails) or secure it with a phone number, then execute the command to delete the old email.

Have you fixed it? If not, i think it's because you changed it too quickly. Let wait until the machine know you're familiar with the account.

Maybe you are activating it continuously, that's why it happens. You can log out again and log back in, then turn off the password and turn 2Fa back on, or you can choose to receive codes via text message or use an authenticator app.

use the longest logged in device then add new 2fa then you can remove the old 2fa from your account, if you have any problems ask for support

You won't be able to delete that email if you don't have a second method of contact. Try adding a new email address and deleting the email you want to delete.

It happens because you're using different browser as usual. Let use frequent browser to change your information, you can turn off 2 password to make change easier.

If you have just logged in on a new device you will need to wait a while to be able to change or delete it because Facebook is considering it as unusual activity.

It's been very annoying lately. Facebook requires that you stay in the login location for a long time or after 30 days of logging in at the IP address, we can change security like password and 2fa

This issue is due to you logging in on a new device and a new network IP. Please wait another 1-2 weeks before attempting to change your account information.

Log in to your Facebook account.

Go to Settings by clicking the arrow in the upper right corner and selecting Settings & Privacy > Settings.

In the left menu, select Security and Login.

Find the Two-Factor Authentication section and tap Edit.

Choose the method you want to use:

Use an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).

Send a code via SMS.

Follow the instructions to complete setup.

Please log out of your Facebook account. Turn off 2FA and then turn it back on.

You can log out and log in on another browser. Maybe you changed too quickly or too many times.

You should keep using it on that device for 1-2 days.

Check the error message closely. Common fixes:
