Cant activate scrapebox ?

I have the problem that I can't activate scrapebox on my VPS but I need it urgently!
I've already contacted the support which gave me the 1.16.5 version but it's still not working.
Any ideas?
Anyone experienced the same?

Different vps companies do different things with their windows images, so it just depends on how they have it setup.

But support (at} scrapebox {dot) com is the only ones that can help you with license issues.

This may be dumb, but does your Transaction ID match the email you are using?
