Cant access njal.la for some reason

Can't access njal.la on my pc or phone but when I contacted friend to check the website out they can access it on their pc. Is it just me or are there other people here with this problem? I ran the windows network diagnostics and it says my "DNS server might be unavailable", I tried accessing it on edge instead of chrome and still nothing, also tried doing it in incognito mode...nothing. I feel like I have been IP banned or something even thought I didn't make any purchase or transfer or did anything with them yet, I could normally enter their website a few days ago but from 2 days ago up to now I cant access their website at all on phone or pc.

Thank you! Will do, just wanted to understand why they would potentially ban my IP if it is the case.
