can't access my site

i don't know is this thread on the right place or not. If it's not please mod remove it.
I have this problem that I can't access my new website.
So here is the story.
I have bough one aged domain and it is registered on godaddy.com. I use other company as the hosting services so I have changed the server names.
I believe my website is okay because if I open my website form my smart hone or if I open it vie hidemyass.com it works fine.
But when I use my PC or laptop to access it than it's not working. I think it does still goes to the old server.
But how it can happen that it works in other computers (devices such as smart phone) but not my PC and laptop.
I think the problem might be in my IP or something else. I believe the website is ok and it has no problem. The problem is just with my modem, PC, and laptop.
I use a\modem as my internet connection device. I use this one same modem to my laptop and after to my PC.
I have tried to flush dns, clear history and chance, restart my computer and non of those works.
Can some one give me some help here what else should I try.

Try this.

Hold control + F5 when refreshing the page. If that doesn't work, hold windows and push R with the windows button still held. In the popup box, type "cmd". In the command prompt, type "ipconfig /flushdns". That should fix it.

Install a new Browser like Firefox if u are using exploring and try it there.

Did you try using a proxy to view your site that way?

If you changed the namesrvers, you need to wait 48 to 72 hours for convergence to complete.

Only then will refreshing the page help.

On the other hand if you have been waiting that long try this :

Close all browsers
Go to START > RUN > CMD

type in
IPCONFIG /flushDNS

Press ENTER/RETURN

Now try your new website.

its a dns problem, give some time to spread the new one, or try to flush it

yes, most probably dns propagation hasn't finish yet.
make sure dns caching in your modem settings has been disabled.

But if the propagate process have not finish yet I think I can't see my web on my phone right? But in my phone the web looks normal.
And if I use hidemyass.com I also can see my website without any trouble
Any one can help me more?

Thats normal.

If DNS has propagated to server 1 that resolves IP addresses for your phone and DNS has not propagated to server 2 which is resolving IP for your computer, then you will see your website on the phone only.

From the sound of it, DNS has converged on whatever DNS resolves hidemyass servers, but nowhere else yet.

There is nothing anybody can do for you until 72 hours have passed.
This is the way the internet has been designed.

If you still have DNS resolving issues after 72 hours talk to whatever your website host is and they can edit the DNS zone if there is a problem (and you would have to wait 48 to 72 hours for the changes to take effect, which is why you have to know what your doing).

So just wait 72 hours from the time you committed the DNS changes.

I was even thinking that it is a dns problem but i am confused :s

Open IE and check if the domainname was blocked earlier.

More likely, your ISP has blocked the website. Try Google (weigh all the risks before you actually perform those tasks though, be careful) >> how to unblock site blocked by isp
