Cant access my IG: "couldnt refresh feed", "couldnt load activity"

I cant access my IG account after I updated to the newest version of IG. I've tried on both device (ipad) and on my browser on the computer. The error message says "couldnt refresh feed", "couldnt load activity". I can't see my feed, my follower count, my DMs, the explorer page, etc.

I've tried everything:
- updating ios to latest version
- uninstall and reinstalling the app (several time)
- restart the computer and ipad

I use SSL Private Proxyfor this account.

Has anyone experiencedthis?

You are action blocked. Have you recently scraped a huge amount of data or ran a bot for awhile? happened to me when I scraped my 20k followers all at once haha

Pretty sure it has nothing to do with actions, because I can access it on my ipad browser just fine, and do actions, but on the app and on the desktop browser things wont load. Also, it happened just after I updated IG so it has nothing to do with action blocking.

Was hoping it was a temp glitch ... Haven't been fixed for days now.

Yeah this just happened to me...the algorithm monster must be on its period...lmao

You have to put in a formal request that something is wrong, and they got it fixed within about 4 hours. You can also try first disabling your account for 4 hours. (Can only do that via a PC/mac) Then sign in again and that has worked for me and others.

How can I put in a formal requests? I've been waiting for a week now hoping my account would get fixed, still isn't! During this week a new updated rolled out with bug fixes so I updated and thought it would solve everything, without success.

Is this just a bug, or has IG intentionally done this to my account? I dare not to disable it lol, so I rather put in a request (just dont know how).

Well like I said it's been like this for a week now, 168 hours, I doubt it will fix itself. I don't know what you mean by "hit up Instagram"? Do they even have a customer service? How can I contact them when I cant use my account? What should I write? Tips appreciated

It is, working I mean. It's just the IG app ... Ugh I don't know what to do now. STill "Couldn't Refresh Feed" and "We're sory but something went wrong".
