cant access my bingads account

i created ad and redeemed 25$ voucher
and entered my billing info
and my vcc
in the second day
i cant log in
asked for new password and still the same prob
does any one know there support email
as there support tools is strange

they didn't send any notification
that i am banned
and they can send me reset password email
i put the affiliate link directly
is this against their policy

Your account is banned. When Bing ban accounts, they simply disable your logging in option without any notice or sending email

Yeah, Bing doesn't notify or explain why they ban accounts. You simply try to log on and it keeps refreshing. I still get emails about a bing ads account that I cannot log into. They verified over the phone and still banned my account. Don't use a voucher on a new account. When you open a new account you have to spend money and be as whitehat as possible.
