Can't Access BHW from New Re-Installed PC

I reinstalled Windows 10 on my old PC, update the windows, installed additional browsers, office, and so on.
Browsed any sites normally, but when I tried to access BHW I can't open it.
It's not really a problem for me since I don't plan to browse BHW from that PC.
I post it here just to inform the staff, maybe someone else also faces a similar problem.

PS: I can access all of my sites that use cloudflare.

I forgot to mention that in my OP. I have done that DNS flush and restarted the router as well. I also tried with different browsers. Still got the same cloudflare page.

May be an issue between your IP and cloudflare. Have you tried to tempo change it, and tried to access the website?
 
Restarting the router will change my IP address. I get dynamic IPs from the provider. I have shut down the PC, I will try it again tomorrow, maybe. Thanks.
 
Most common cause for this issue seems to be system time being out of sync.

Try Control Panel > Clock and region > Date and time. Click the Internet Time tab, and then click Change settings… then check list Synchronize with an Internet time server with name Server : time.windows.com and click Update now.
