Cant Accept Facebook BM invite?

I think like everyone else it's a proxy issue. Can you post back once the proxy is stable and see how it goes?

Check if your account has any restrictions, and attempt to send the invitation once more. You might want to wait a few days before trying again, as it could be due to the account being new.
 
If you can't accept a Facebook Business Manager invite, try using a desktop browser and ensure you're logged into the correct account. If the issue persists, clear your cache or try a different browser.

I think it's mostly because your email is being spammed.

or try creating a new profile and logging in again. sometimes it's an error due to the profile
 
get a new chrome and replace the proxy with a stronger one, check if your facebook is restricted and resend a new invite
 
Check if your account is restricted, change old proxy, use new site with new proxy and resend invitation, good luck
 
Is your profile locked? If your current profile is not locked, cancel the invitation and resend it to see if it works.
 
Your current Facebook profile is restricted, try canceling that invitation and sending it again.
 
You should delete the invitation and resend it after a few days when the proxy is stable again. This error usually happens with the current proxy.
