Cannot Phone Verify more than 1-2 accounts per number

For some reason, I cannot create more than one ore two accounts per number.

The number is completely brand new and I am creating these accounts on the phone itself using 3g data.

For every account I create, I clear all Instagram app data and cache in order to create a new account.

I then disconnect from 3g data and then connect it again each time.

I get the typical message "Sorry! There's a problem signing you up right now." after the first or second account creation process.

What's going on?

IMHO, I think I am creating accounts way too fast.

I need to give myself and Instagram enough time between account creation.

How long do you guys wait between creating accounts usually?

They know your IMEI number, it's unique. All those accounts will likely get banned at once when you start working them.
 
I understand. I already started working with one of them.
 
You need to change your Device ID, and IMEI

Is possible there are free apps available
 
Which Social Media you are trying for?
for your Kind info, Twitter does not allow more than one ac per Phone No.
FB hardly allow 2-3 ac per no.
Same for Instagram.

So you can clear cache, change IMEI or use new phone but more than 1 ac per Phone No. is not possible.
Let me give you one solution: there are lot of sellers who are selling PVA Accounts or phone No. for PVA; you can contact them.
But check all the T&C carefully, and all risk is yours.
