cannot monetize my youtube channel

hello i have an adsense account that is linked to my youtube channel

when i try monetize i get an error saying : error cannot save monetization preferences

i deactivated adblock and my country is not on the list of youtube partner channels is there a way to by pass this ? thanks

I didn't face this problem before but check your syndication settings.
