Cannot login to my own account

Hello, yesterday i've received this email from facebook.

Hi *********,
It looks like someone may have accessed your Facebook account. To secure your account, you'll need to answer a few questions and change your password the next time you go to Facebook.
For your protection, no one can see you on Facebook until you secure your account.

I had changed my FaceBook password instantly after that, but they had asked me to verify that's really me, i've recognized my friends, but after it an error occured..

Saying:

Sorry, something went wrong.
We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can.

Tried few different verification methods (friends recognizing, comments i left within 3 months, and also, the people i messaged within 2 weeks and also, login with the device i am using daily), but every time same error occurs.. I've filled two forms to contact facebook, both of them ask just to explain the issue with the login, but not even ask to provide registred facebook email, so that's not giving me a big hope, it's my personal account, which was created in early 2010, not did anything fishy with them... Anyone had problem like this before?

I did used another browser also, i was able to complete the verification steps, but it says:
Identity Not Confirmed Sorry, we couldn't confirm your identity with that info. You can try again later.

But i am 100% sure, that i confirmed everything correct.. Also, hourly limit exceeded already, so only way to get back to facebook from the same browser as i am using every time, but it shows me error i writed about above.
 
How many accounts do you open on that particular browser? Have you also tried asking for a password through mobile?

Only one account, it's my personal one, yes, on the phone is the same.

Maybe you should try with another browser or try again later. But dont worry if its your personal account you will be able to recover it.
 
Tried Chrome (used it daily), firefox and opera, also tried mobile app.. still nothing, still no reply after filling two forms.
 
That's what i am getting when trying to access my own account..
 
As you have almost tried everything on you computer and also on mobile, I would like to know if you have changed your service provide or installed any security software(or any similar adware or junk removal tool)? You may try the above mentioned steps one more time either in incognito mode or after clearing the browser cookies. If you do not have lots of password saved, you may consider resetting the browser. Try using IE as well, lots of time we consider IE as inferior browser, but it isn't that bad and works reasonably well. Also I would suggest you wait atleast 24-48 hours before trying all these steps.
 
im getting the same error you are this is a problem that needs to be fixed and im willing to pay . this is the error Identity Not Confirmed Sorry, we couldn't confirm your identity with that info. You can try again later. we both have the issue and im willing to pay for us both to get solved this is a real issue and not thread stealing

Nothing changed, got email From Facebook that someone tried accessing my account, after reseting password this happened, tried several devices, different computer, nothing worked.

I know how you feel, this is my personal account also, created in early 2010. Alot of important stuff is there.

Hey, have you fixed yours issue?
 
no still think it might be a fb bug but idk might be ip related try using a new ip or ip provider

IP isn't related.. It's FB BUG, but they do not reply to my request for a month already.
