Cannot login 2fa to Susocial

I am new to Susocial. I bought 1 old 2FA accounts to test. It comes with the backup code which I can use to generate the secret key on sellers site. Easy.

But Susocial cannot log it it, always says: failed to verify sms or two-factor…, check if you entered the correct code

BUT: If I use Susocial Browser and manually log it in (Fill Login) and then I pass the 2FA.
It works, I can mark the account as VALID.

But it will switch back to non valid/logged out ALL the time. I cannot customize or do actions cause the account is not logged in says Susocial.

In fact the account is logged in all the time. I checked the browser, the account is logged in all the time.

Whats the issue here? I tried everything

Please contact Susocial support team. They can provide more detailed support and check if there are any technical issues on their side

Its horrible this error....I can manually login, pass 2FA but marking valid doesnt help.
They switch to invalid (action required) and susocial says they got logged out.

In fact they are logged in when checking the browser.

It doesnt log them in by itself with the backup code /secret key.


I need to fix this....



I contacted them but not sure if they can help.



Anyone face same issue?
