Cannot like or dislike any videos

Any ideas what is going on, I've tried with multiple accounts and I've tried with different proxies, nothing is working. I can comment, but whenever I try to like it says thank you for your feedback and doesn't count it.

If someone could help me out, I have an order to fill for 10 video dislikes and for some reason I can't do it. If anyone wants to, I can give you 10 subs or favorites with my accounts, if you could add the dislikes to two videos (6 to one, 4 to the other).
