Cannot install zennoposter. Help a bhw fellow out.

I finally got it to work somewhat.

I passed through the unpacking files.

But I have a problem now.

I successfully authorized but when it says [Write down license] it says 'error getting information about your hardware'

please help me.

I also have the same problem. I downloaded Zennoposter demo but got the same error as yours. I tried to PM you to ask if you got it to work but I need 15 post for that.

Did you install it successfully? What did you do?
