Cannot get GSA SER to load on this machine after purchase. Help?

On this box. Windows 8 I attempt to load GSA SER and the mouse just does the awesome blue circle and then nothing. The following steps I have tried


-Uninstall and reinstall
-uninstall- delete the program file folder
- Run as administrator
-run in compatibility mode for win7/xp
-check task manager for GSA's process (does not show)
-restart the pc


Not sure if there is something I missed here or if anyone else has had this issue. I am sure it is something stupid. Please advise. CB runs fine

Thread closed. Deleted the applicable folder in the appdata directory and re installed. Thanks.
