Cannot do Manual Post with Scrapebox

I am trying to do a manual post to a website (private chat) but the "checking browser" button spins around indefinitely:

that is the view you get when a site wants to block access through public beat to death proxies... it is asking you to solve a captcha

are you using any captcha plugin in your scrapebox?

also, is it only for a certain sites or all the sites?

I just now found out my proxies (storm proxies) died, but this is a manual single post that should not require them. It works fine if I use IE, and does not ask for a captcha.
