I see an error popping out saying "
The payments page encountered an error. Please try again. If the problem continues, please visit help.openai.com." How could I tackle it + If someone can buy me an account I will pay him $20. If by any chance wants to help

If there is a solution someone knows. Why I should buy that + I am not buying anything + I know about the WTB section + I can't see someone offering accounts mostly APIs

It does not redirect me to the payment page. It just give me a popup on free account only

It might be because your country is not supported. Try using a VPN, and you will be redirected to the payment page. ;)
 
Yup its probably the country thing. I tried signing into my gpt plus acc from some weird countries thru vpn and didnt work said its not available there.
