cannot access bermanhosting vps/remote desktop

hello

from yesterday,i cannot access my vps which is from bermanhosting. i logged in their client area to see the power status but all fields are blank

i send ticket 24+ hours ago but no response yet . They are not appeared in chat too. Do any other guy face the problems.Can anybody give me a guide or tips.

All you can do now is wait for them to reply to your ticket. If they have a number that you can call that would be another option that you could use.

Everything is working perfectly fine for me.
