Looking to run some tests... Was having success sending to clients GMB pages, but some have banned terms in their name and do not work.

Well, it breaks google's policies, so that's why the main reason to use cloaker and a safe site in these kinds of niches.

But, yeah if try to promote drugs or illegal niches, you will get caught and I don't like that.

So, stay within legal niches, even like crypto or gambling or similar, but don't cross that lawful line even when using cloakers

Does it? At least in some countries, e.g. Germany, there seems to be a workaround. You can even advertise with "forbidden" terms in the title, description and on the landing page. In the attached example "medical cannabis" in German.

But: Not for everybody. I tried so. Adcopies get directly banned.

With a niche like this there are no paid advertising opportunities, unless you can make deals with independent website owners. You have to be creative with traffic acquisition via SEO and organic social traffic.
