I just looked this up again after seeing it a few years ago, always makes me smile it's like something out of a movie.
I wonder how he knew the cave was there, I guess he must have bought the land knowing there was a cave there and then built his house over it?
Apparently the neighbour where the other end of the cave came out was murdered and so where 2 workers there, the house was also burned to the ground in mysterious circumstances after the arrest leading to speculation that the police had missed vital evidence pointing to other people or maybe more underground grows.
