Candice Cold - Stalling and Excuses

I agreed to unlock a Facebook account with a government id for Candice Cold for $30. The FB is now unlocked and she agreed to send payment later today via PayPal.

A few hours later she is now stalling sending payment, changing the story around about what she agreed to pay for, and making excuses as to why she should not have to pay.

I then submitted the id that same day and said to wait until Monday for it to be unlocked, since it was Friday and a holiday weekend. When Monday came, it was unlocked. Just as I said it would be.

It's obvious she's trying to get a bunch of Facebook accounts unlocked thinking she can make a quick buck with them, then pay me, and whoever else, after the money comes in. Robbing Peter to pay Paul. She doesn't have any money. It's a scam. No point in going round and round with someone who says they will pay $1,000, $3,000, and $500, when they can't even cough up $30. Thoughts?

@CandiceCold - you agreed to $30 for unlocking the account and $20 for the method on how to do them. You never specified it had to work on the first contact or any other limitations. You wanted it unlocked. If you don't want to pay him for the method, that's fine since he hasn't given that to you - but you must pay him for the service of unlocking the FB account - $30, at which time he will give you the login details.

Please don't make comments like that on your assumptions . who decides a scam over here? you do? Its not just about paying you 30$. Its about what is right and whats wrong isn't it? if 30$ is not a big deal then why would you even make this thread

Now how do i know if this is a working method? so I let her to create screenshots throughout the method of the facebook account i was going to give this person to unlock. So although i was interested only in the method i had to pay her price of 30 dollars to unlocking the facebook account too if i had to purchase the method. So i made it 50 dollars. The facebook rejected this persons id that time.. A single account unlocked is not of any use to me. I hope you understand i was only interested in knowing the method and deal was made only for buying a working method so i could unlock accounts in bulk.

Candice, I honestly think he was out of his mind to even offer the method on how he creates them for only $20. Personally, even if it did take 2 attempts per account, it should be worth 20 times that amount to you - but this isn't what the SL is about. It's about the 1 account that he did unlock for you.

You asked him to unlock 1 for $30 and then $20 for the method. You didn't include any specifications as to whether it would have to be done on the first attempt. So, your agreement stands. $30 for unlocking the account (which he did) and $20 for the method (which is has not provided to you since you balked when it was time for payment). I am not saying you have to pay for $20 method - but you do have to pay for the unlocking service - period.

Make the $30 payment.

OldSalt please try to understand the purpose why this deal was made? There was no problem in paying him 50 dollars and getting a working method. The method failed the first time although it worked the second time. Will it work again?. I don't know..has he used the same 20$ method the second to unlock? ...i don't know.. i don't trust this technique anymore. If you can think he was out of mind for selling a method for $20 wasn't it right from my part to ask him to unlock an account as a proof and take screenshots of it while using his method. Thats why i made the deal of 50$ instead of 20$... what if i pay him 50 dollars which was deal. do you assure the method which he is going to send is the method he used the first time which was rejected by facebook or the method the second time which was accepted by facebook? why are you stressing only on the part of the deal of 30$ and why not the complete deal of 50$?

But the method is what i have always wanted to purchase...That is the reason why i have asked him to unlock the account..Tell me why should i pay him 30 dollars when the deal was of 50 dollars ? why are you asking me to purchase the account without the method... that was not the deal... So he is allowed to give me whatever he likes regardless what the deal is and me being a client.. i am suppose to pay him for whatever he wishes to sell me? if i had made a deal to buy 50 facebook accounts and 50 phone numbers.. is the seller allowed to sell me only the phone numbers and i suppose to pay him only for the phone numbers although they are pretty useless for me without the facebook accounts..oldsalt please try to understand why this deal was made.. oldsalt you have also said before it doesnt matter how many attempts it took to unlock the account.. it does matters...if the terms were not clear by anyway shouldnt he had asked me before submitting the id again? who gave him another chance?

Sorry i am not going to pay the person only for the facebook account. The deal was made for the working method and i would have paid him 50 dollars if he was in a position of selling a working method to unlock the facebook accounts. Neither would i like to clarify myself anymore to you.

Then tomorrow your account will be perma-banned.
