Didn’t know ear plugs had a decibel rating. I’m seeing a lot of great recommendations. I knew asking BHW would be a good idea. Thanks.

You need a house with a big yard around it.

I use earmuffs when I am in loud places and I don't think they would be very comfortable to wear while sleeping. Earplugs are just too uncomfortable to wear the whole night. I would suggest soundproofing your room, might be expensive, but it is the best option IMO.

My uncle ia snoring like bear so I use air pods and white noise, it contains all frequencies so it will cancel most sounds. Also brain will get used to it fast, you wont even know you listen to sometin. Ear muffs didnt worked as good because I could still hear it

I have a lot of noise-cancelling stuff as I'm a light sleeper. Out of everything I've tried over the years, what works the best for me in terms of comfort and noise cancellation are those basic disposable foam earplugs.
Try a few different types of them, because they're not all created equally.
