Once the trial ends they downgrade you to free and delete all projects. if there was a refund, they usually ask for 2 docs — card with last 4 digits and an ID with matching name.

But still the account doesn't complete 6 days of 14 days

They cancel fast if there's a refund involved or billing flags something. Free trial gets nuked early, no warning. Once that refund hits, it's auto downgrade + doc request. Semrush doesn’t wait 14 days if payment’s reversed.
