Canada Email Marketing

Hi guys,

Just shooting blanks here..

I live in Canada and was wondering with the new CAN-Spam Law, is there still a way I get around it and maybe send 100 Emails a day.

My objective is to only get the person to my website... I do not want to promote ANYTHING in the body of the email.. So what do you guys think??

As long as you fulfill the requirements outlined in the legislation, you can do whatever you want. Provided you have expressed consent, clear intent, identification and an unsubscribe feature in your email you shouldn't have a problem.

How are you obtaining emails, if you don't mind me asking.
