honestly man, i have had over 300 + accts over 3-4 years starting in 2008
tweet adder has the best capabilities but !!!
1. twitter has seasons - fall season (sept -nov) they are heavy on suspending accts
thats why you can follow as many as yu want in summer w/o being suspended.
but
2. ip address while good to have ( i never understood quite yet how to use w/ tweet adder) dont prevent from suspension.
3. get multiple accounts on delay.
meaning have a couple spare accts you wont use for 2 -3 months
so when your first layer gets suspended.
the reinforcements come.
4. find a honest fiverr seller.
5. find a honest blackhat seller.
6. ask for 100-1,000 accts pre made with your photo
7. ask fiver seller to put 25,000 followers on at most 10 accts at a time.
8. follow users with settings 1-3 seconds. (sometimes this can get you suspended)
9. find out how you can operate this all from your android/iphone.
9a. tweetadder has a cloud service.
9b. login to cloud service from mobile phone
9c. this will control everything from your phone
