The problem is somewhere else but with the info you provided it's hard to pinpoint the problem.

You definitely have a problem... even bing hasn't indexed a single page.
It's really hard to say.
1. I didn't look at your links profile
2. Your site ranks for some keywords
3. Maybe a problem with EAT?
At times, my site doesn't get indexed for a few days... Kinda a glitch when google releases an update.
I know I'm being useless.

No shouldn't be an issue at all, the UX might be something that a CMS could possibly have issues with, such as slower loading times if the site is WP and bloated.

I have seen his site and for me it loads fast.

Your CMS just provides through PHP (generally) an HTML output. If you can read HTML you can understand what's going on. Sometimes the HTML generated by your CMS could be broken and it's difficult to spot the issue. Fortunatelly there are plenty of tools and even Google through Search console is constantly outputting through notifications the issues that may hinder your ranks. Also doing a regular crawl of your site may help you out stay sharp (with Screaming Frog for example).
Still don't get too obsesed with this because it could be very time consuming and just keep creating like mad. If after enough time of huge creation you find a very low performance, then start to get worried. But when I talk about time, I talk about at least a 4 month period.

no, don worry. there is ntg to do with the cms that will affect the website being index or ranking low. u can use any cms u wan and make sure your whole website is able to index and each time u install plugin, you may check if it put some code like "noindex" into it coz i got once installed a plugin and it auto insert "noindex". fortunatelly, i found it early.

In fact, I am going one step further, themes and plugins/apps can also have a negative effect on this.
How?
If all those elements prevent search engine bots from properly crawling your site, well, I am afraid to search engines won´t be able to index it either.
Also, if due to poorly coded themes and plugins, if this affects your site´s rendering, well, you know where I am going with this.

I think what you mean is whether your WordPress theme can hurt your ranking.
It can if it screws up your navigation or it shows some weird code that Google can't crawl or has a tough time crawling.
Whatever the case may be, your best bet would be to pick the simplest, least obtrusive WordPress theme and stick with it.
There are many ways you can style your texts so it is more engaging and less boring.
But the simpler your page layout is to crawl, the higher the chance Google will index your content with no problems.
