Can you use the RSS ping feature in Scrapebox for a regular URL?

You know under "Comment Poster" in Scrapebox you can load up a list of ping sites and ping all the RSS feeds you load into it? Can you load a list of blogs into it instead and get the same results?

Basically I have a few hundred blogs that I successfully posted to, ran that list and all the links are indexed in google, I just need them to get spidered again to see my links. So will this ping those blogs or should I go about it another way?
