Can target USA by adding trend hash in interest location on your post with follow and unfollow method to get fast feed.

You can always warm and use a US sim to reach US audience. Or run mother/child like method and target accounts with US followers.

yes obviously just follow usa account and share their activities its auto suggest your account in usa then auto growing your acoount

i think use vpn or morelogin app could do it.

You can do it through VPN and proxy. If your account is a US account, even better

As well as looking at a VPN / Proxy, engaging with accounts in your target region seems to be very important too: check out this thread.
