Can You Suggest Some Instagram Proxies?

I'm interested in buying like 5 proxies specifically for Instagram, which would you suggest? I'd like completely private ones.

Also, is it worth it to buy PVA accounts? I've heard that you end up getting phone verification anyways, making it pointless, so please inform me if that is the case. Thanks!
