Can you suggest a Traffic bot?

IPTS can do all this but you got to be careful, you mess it up an suddenly you have 500 visitors in an hour of a random day that will be showing that you messed with the stats.

The program is free up to 3000 visitors a day I think.

I checked their website and it seems to be windows only, you may be able to run an emulator or actually better to run it on a virtual windows machine.
There are probably mac based programs too.
