I have a customer who wants a full analysis of his website, as much info as possible, including security analysis. The website has a sub-domain which is an online shop. I will have to create a report/analysis, including improvements that can be made, and send it to the customer. Now I do analyze websites from the SEO point of view, however I have never created a written report, also I never analyzed a website's security leaks, and I'm not really familiar with e-commerce sites and how to SEO them. So if any of you can suggest a good in-depth (preferably free) website analysis tool (if it creates reports then even better) which covers the above (or at least a part of the above) mentioned requirements, I would be grateful. Will rep useful answers.

If you're serious about security analysis then check out "Nessus Vulnerability Scanner". The last time I used it (which was a few years ago) there was a free version available. It's not the easiest tool in the world to use, but it's extremely thorough.
