Anyone knows? Today I used a fresh PC with fresh local ip, nothing..
even tried wtih the blogger trick which worked in past, it just asks for a phone number all the time :(
This is getting really tough..

hey there, i created a few myself recently with the same ip..i use different browsers and vpns also though as a disclaimer but...i first create a account with a free email provider like proton...then create a gmail acct like that...you have to wait a week..and try different browsers and ips...if you are looking to get 30 40 plus gmailaccts

I still make unlimited Gmail accounts without phpne verification. I think your method is not working anymore so you should move to a new one.

If you don't need too many (5 or less per IP), you can use the same IP

If you need bulk, you might have to spend some money with a volume service provider

I guess it's easy to do that , I just turn off the modem and turn it on again , that will get you a new local ip address
remove all cookies and browser data and history and go to gmail and signup for new email
I can make up to 3 accounts each time i do this .

This method worked in my country 3-4 years ago, one of our biggest Internet providers was seen by google as having good US ips (I have no idea why). But this is not working anymore, I think most of the IP ranges that they have are now flagged.
I was hoping for a more "universal" method :)

Does anyone know any good quick and easy email providers that don't require any phone verification?

You can still make gmails with android phone or a tablet, but do not spam it.

phone verified is the way to go, accounts last longer

I think it just depends on the luck though. Some days I try and manage to create multiple accounts and some days, I can't even make a single one without phone verification.

Make sure you use a new IP, clear cookies/history etc.

If you using android phone, go to settings you will see accounts just select Add Account, then select Google-new and follow the process

On the recovery just enter an email you done
