You've answered your own question I think. I used an app on a facebook page yesterday, but it was not a new account and had lots of activity and friends.

TBH I can't give you a definitive answer on that. I'm not a FB expert, but make it look natural as with most things black hat would be my best guess.

Clearing all cookies. lso's and using new ip's are you?Unfortunately, i'm doing it (on several accounts), but even after 18 days it's still "fake-account" ban

Hidemyip, lso remover plug in for firefox, c cleaner and glary utilities register cleaner. That will fix it
I always surf a bit too under a fresh browser before I work.
