Hey BHW I was wondering if you can sell physical products related to marketing on this forum?

I've been around the forum for a while but haven't seen anyone do this.. is it against bhw policy to sell for example a book and ship it to the buyer?

I figured! I've been running a physical product store for marketers for a hot minute. Would love to bring it on bhw! Going to start working on it tomorrow morning and see how the community likes it!
 
im so following this thread... im really curious how to sell physical product in bulk... i got some info with people here in this forum but thats its.... looking forward seeing this thread thanks OP

Are people going to wait? Downloads are quicker and cheaper. Nothing to print or mail.
Are your products giving you a good profit margin, are you giving free postage? If you are selling products that can be bought online with instant download, why would anyone wait days or even weeks for it? If you are selling a collection of ebooks for example and are charging pp, why wouldn't I find it elsewhere as a download and not pay pp.

no such thing as free shipping it's more of a sales tactic to catch unsuspecting buyers, free shipping means postage costs have already been added to the price but for some reason mentioning free shipping encourages buyers for example in the vape neich you will often see two sellers selling the same vape mod. Seller a sells for 39.99 plus £4.45 shipping seller b) sells for £44.50 including free shipping, now seller b will cost you 5p more but for some reason he will sell almost double the amount of seller a because his post mentioned free shipping crazy I know

Yes we know that, I'm more pointing out costs of physical products vs digital download. Selling physical has more costs and time, so much to factor in, if you price too high nobody will buy, if you price too low your profit is hit.
Physical products are labour intensive, digital is hands free - more money
Shipping costs vary from country to country, but you still have to charge the same for the product.

I’ve never seen anyone buying or selling physical objects here. Everyone usually has their own online stores for that kind of thing. Perhaps you can just advertise here.
