Can you sell websites with free templates?

Hi there,

Can you sell websites that you've used free templates to produce?
If it helps the templates says:
"This template has been licensed with a GPL General Public License, meaning you can freely use this theme for both personal and business use with no limitations."

You can but free templates are generally very poor quality.

Why not use templates from ThemeForest or something.

Invest a little bit more but the website will return a little more when you sell.

Much higher quality.

Hi again,
I was looking and basically what i want to do is make an online portfolio design business - people pay me around 30? and i convert their work into an online portfolio;

To do this do you think i would need to purchase a new site licence for every site i sell? - the regular site license gives access to "Regular Licence
a website (commercial, personal, client), or intranet site project "

I can't really afford the extended licenses, especially as i want to have an array of choice for users,
