I have a website that is literally just a cpa landing page.

It has 120 uniques a day. Makes around $1 a day, would be more, but a lot of the traffic comes from countries with low costing offers. I get 4 or 5 cpa converts just wish they where us, UK lol

All from google can I sell this on flippa? What would it be worth?

You can sell it but i doubt anyone will bid
 
You'd probably get $300-500 on flippa, if you are making $1 a day consistently

What do you think it could sell for? I look at about 20-30 listings a week on flippa.

So you have seen listings which is similar to mine with traffic?, making $1 a day? Just using a cpa landing page?

i guess so to that the offers will be not very high.
cpa its risk involved .. why paying a 3 near revenue when the page probably dont make that income over the time span.

but there are some experts here like meathead.

I' not sure totally what it saying but, yeah I know cpa offers are risky because the offer might not be there in 3 months time.

The traffic though is niche related and if the offer disappears I can replace with similar offer.

Flippa listing fees is huge than your website worth! :)
 
Please consider a listing fee on flippa..if your site generate high amount of money, then yes..otherwise try selling it on forum..

It's $9 to list on flippa in their classified section. If you can't afford $9 to sell your site that makes 365 per year then something is wrong. List it, sell it and move on or just keep making your $1 per day like a baller.
 
is bit difficult that it will get sell in flipa..is because of low offers...moreover many wont bid....try to get many offers. that will play the game.
 
Try to increase your earning, don't sell it. Create another one..
 
Generally such website can be sold for 15-20x monthly profit. So $300-500 is reasonable price range. It doesn't matter that is just landing page - this just means that there is a lot of room for improvement (and more money).
 
i sell with 24 months in mund no matter what.

$1 a day is 365 x 2 = $730 that over 24 months.

i dont go no lower or heigher .

that my rules , if it always earning same cash every day/month , tested over 3 months , i then times it via 24 months, then sell it
with the value it earning x24
 
why would anybody pay for 12month of income or 24... if you are not sure how long the offer will last?
it's cpa, the offer could stop any day and you don't know if you can find a similar offer to replace it... you don't know if the traffic will keep coming either.
so 300 is a very good price if you could find a buyer for it... I would sell it for anything more than 250$ or just keep the website.
