Can you recommend me something with my website?

I started a website a few years ago, it's about making remix's, sharing acapella's, and instrumentals. but it just does not make good money with adsense. My previous site which got shut down by Afeni Shakur got shut down, I was getting $450+ a month off of it. Can you guys recommend where and what type of ads I should place? Also, should I require users to register before downloading? Should I have a limit of downloads per day? Should I, Should I, Should I? What would you do with a site that got 32,428 page views and has only earned $19.28 and only 66 clicks from Dec 1st to Dec 27th. These stats are from adsense.

well first you have problem with your adsense earning try to put your ads better way
on your site to get more clicks , second you can add cpa gatway to make your visitors
complete offers before download , or add aff links like clickbank if your visitors from
US usually will see some converts.

You should try and monetize differently. If you have a music website why don't you set the downloads behind a content locker, or put them on filesonic, megaupload, etc. to make money
