Can you recommend legitimate white hat SEO provider?

Hi, I've gone through the SEO services section and though some have great reviews with results, I'm not convinced that it's google safe. I just want a professional white hat seo service that will have tremendous variance in every aspect of the campaign where every post, article, tweet, is completely unique so that it looks natural. Can you recommend a service with proven results? Thanks

Do you mean "white hat" as in literally white hat (meaning no linkbuilding, press-releases, or fake social signals, just on-site optimization and content copywriting) or are you really asking for white hat meaning the "safest possible" blackhat services (which is what most people around here call white hat even though that is NOT what white hat means)?
 
What is your budget? What are your keywords? There are a million variables.

We post articles in white text to make our seo service white hat.
 
In that case the marketplace here is good. But he needs to know enough to keep his anchor density, link velocity, and link variation safe. You can buy the safest service there is and still ruin it by yourself (not the sellers fault). If he truly wants a hands-off service that requires ZERO work he'll need to hire an SEO company who will do everything from keyword research to anchor strategy to everything. Which won't be cheap... but better than him guessing if he does not have it ready himself.
 
You need to find the best and trusted service provider who have done quality work and which is payable, fix your target and goal and to which amount you can achieve the target, mind it you need to invest from your pocket on your own at initial startup.
 
There are at least two companies I could recommend; although they do not linkbuilding. Instead, they create a thorough content marketing strategy for your site, publish some good content on landing pages within your domain which provide value to the user and seed these through social media influencers in your niche - after a while, people link back to you naturally. It's a good thing, but it's expensive. Just drop me a message if you're interested, in case you're not looking for linkbuilding.
 
If you know the types of links you require, you can sift through the sellers quickly and get to the right one.
 
white hat mean nothing this days, only sit down and watch your stats =)

Ideally I mean white hat with no link building, or fake, self made links. Maybe SEO professional is not the right word now that I think about it but a social media professional who can leverage social media sharing, and through word of mouth I can get more visitors and inevitably more links. To me this seems safe. Do you know of such service that you can recommend?

My keyword is low-medium competition at best, in fact I used to rank top 3 in google after panda and all that it has plummeted. I want to rank it back high again increase the earnings and then sell it on flippa. My budget is $500 if it'll give me the results.

I've seen some services offered here that cover keyword density, anchor variance etc. Have you tried any here that you are happy with and got good results from? Thanks

This is a dilemma for me to:

1. will client bust me with all spammy forum, profile, blog comment no value links
2. competitor seo company can put you down and mention your seo is bad

I don't mind fighting, competing but when I hear the more extreme xrumer blasts, 3000 social media backlinks, 10000 blog comments that's when I get worried as this is evidence my client can use against me.

Getting dirty I don't mind as long as I can wipe my hands clean and not get done! (no evidence, all blended naturally gray hat)
 
If you want to be safe. You have to build backlinks tier.

Traffic redirek very safe.
If Google does not crawl the site.

I suggest fiverr, seoclercks, jobdollarr, mycheapsjobs, everything you need is there. Good luck
 
You will have to list down link types that you consider to be white hat and proceed to the BSTs looking for providers. Without this, you would better be doing things for yourself.
 
Its easy to do 100% pure white hat SEO yourself for FREE. Just cross your arms and do nothing. Sitting on your thumbs is also acceptable. Either way and you're set, 100% Cutts approved white hat SEO. Zero risk of penalties or traffic.
 
Even though can't be considered white hat, building PBN is in the borderline (Grey Hat) and can be very effective to rank sites.
