In rankerx , which of teir you use for ? I think you are doing wrong with rankerx , first get quality links via tier 1 and then get an blog comments blast as tier 2 , and last ping all tier 1 to google webmaster tools , It would get indexed soon !

Rather work on building quality links this will ensure indexing your links faster.

Instead of going with marketplace tools try using of own way of indexing with good quality contents with backlinks and try to share links in social media websites. This will take some time but it is safer compared to free tools.
