Can you recommend a "100% bulletproof" hosting and domain name provider?

I am interested in setting up an Internet business that may not be very well seen by the authorities and I clarify that it is nothing illegal, that is, it is not drugs or prostitution or weapons or violence or anything like that, but it is something that many governments do not like.

Is there a way to set up such a site, that is, that you know that you may have problems in the future, but having the security that the site will remain hosted and running on the server without any problem?

An offshore hosting is good for that?

just go and check what your competitiors who are long in the game are using.
with .com net org etc nothing will actually save you, so choose other TLDs

Hosting is not of concern, just have backups ready to transfer anytime.

Precisely what I do not want is to be changing hosting every 2 months, that's why I ask for a hosting provider that ignores all claims of any nature and wherever they come from. It does not matter if the same (C) (I) (A) does them.

Regarding domain names, ok, I will choose a .to or .nu domain name or any other of that kind.
 
1. Just do not take domain name and web hosting service from one/same provider - keep your eggs in different baskets.
2. Prepare clear explanation with examples what you are going to host and discuss that with the provider you consider as candidate. Be open and hones and I'm sure you will get clear answer if the provider is going to allow to get that stuff hosted or no.

Depends on what business you are going to do.
Most in case, hosting providers which use Ecatel datacenter(Novogara, dmzhost, skb-enterprise...etc) is fine.
Njal.la is willing to register your domain unless your business is related to Neo-Nazi or QAnon.

Also hide your server IP with cloudflare or ddos-guard free plan. If your website doesn't have any problem with Russia, ddos-guard is better.

No hosting provider is 100% bulletproof, but you can hide behind reverse proxies with cloud hosting and multiple servers. Think of the way of keeping the site up, whether it takes one host or multiple. I am not an expert in this. For domain get a similar extension and registrar to top warez domains.
 
What do you want to host??? No hosting is 100 Percent bulletproof plus some of the operators tell you in advance if some thing is about to hit so that you can transfer so choose wisely.

I find exmasters.com hosting to be knowledgeable with regard to web development.
This host is very receptive to multiple web changes and all updates are handled in a timely manner.

Hey, so I was thinking of using Namecheap for my anime websites so that they would not be getting the DMCA claims how should I hide it, when I was using Cloudflare the requester would just send it to Cloudflare to send it to my hosting provider so is there a way to use Cloudflare together with some other service?

to avoid some troubles go to https://bpserv.host, advise always separate your domain registrar from Hosting. Most times your host is always the suspect, for domain names use https://monovm.com, then configure then point to cloudflare Name servers (DNS).

You should avoid using Cloudflare and use DDoS-Guard.net they have free plan and is similar to cloudflare
Hosted in Russia is a good CDN like Cloudflare, I highly recommend ddos-guard.net

for now i can't pm you because i am new but immediately i am activated for conversation, i will do that. for anonymous hosting you can also use https://xuid.ru/, but not they are expensive.
