GoDaddy is still the gold standard even though they have issues related to their hosting, EPIK has had a crapload of breaches even with SSO, what you need to do is use godaddy with AUTH and SMS and ensure your domains are locked and full privacy

OP, I don't know what "bulletproof" means for you, but there's not a single domain registrar that's 100% bulletproof, as in let you acquire whatever domain and avoid being sued for whatever dirty, illegal shit you're having in mind with that domain. Even hosting providers like alexhost or njalal (or whatever they're called) will be subpoena'd or shut down sooner or later when corruption is eradicated from the region where they operate from, and the law is applied. It might take 1 year, 10 years, or 100 years but it will happen eventually....
But anyway, regarding domain registrars, again, I'm not sure what you mean by "100% bulletproof" registrars but there are some good registrars out there like Namesilo (my favorite), Porkbun (never used it but gets good recommendations, and apparently it's also cheaper than the other registrars), or Namecheap, to name just 3 of them (but there are more that are good for sure).
Just don't invest anything into Godaddy and Epik!

GoDaddy is trash-standard, far from being recommended even for ordinary hosting. The OP apparently wants something as private as possible and a service that ignores DMCA reports by saying " bulletproof".

GoDaddy probably is the worst choice. Many ppl use Njal.la (open by one of the founders of ThePirateBay). But no one can guarantee 100% bulletproof.

Here are some good domains registrar focused in privacy and anonymity: securednet.su, prq.se, flokinet.is and please forget GayDaddy. Remember that nothing is really bulletproof.

OKay again GODADDY but just for actually keeping domains on i said their hosting is shit and to not trust anything else on it.
The other options you guys give are a bit difficult for a lot of people not familiar with domains.
Namecheap is okay but again had hosting issues etc.
I actually believe dynadot is doing some cooling things with their ssl certs for all domains without special request but again this perosn asekdbulletproof, i have been domaining for decade plus and im assuming he means my domain wont get taken and is protected. AND EVEN THEN i made it clear you must have all your google auth sms auth and privacy turned all the way up on godaddt because the truth is godaddy does completely screw their customers in terms of getting money out of them even the vips like me anytime they can BUT i ahve to say everytime ive complained to my manager for my status iven ever once not gotten a refund even just because i ddint like the name or msised a date.
